The frame and tins are 1969 T250 and the motor is 1967 T20 with TC250 upswept pipes. Motor fully rebuilt included new big ends, all 3 main bearings , 4 new crank seals,and crank pins and new rods. Bore in standard using original pistons with new pins, small ends and rings. Alloy engine cases were vapor blasted, as were the barrels, heads and engine covers. All engine case S bolts were new zinc plated as are most of the other cycle threads.

The wiring harness and switch blocks were completely rebuilt, and new hand levers, see pictures, upgraded reg/rec used, pulls 14.4 volts. Seat has all new foam and cover, new paint to tank and side frame covers. Tank has brand new badges. New tyres, chain, sprockets, wheel bearings, head stem bearings. New fuel tap.

I only have ONE baffle for the exhaust, I do have a small section of the other that could be made up to correct length. Bike is running pods, goes fine, I do have a air box that could go with sale but no rubber or paper filter.

As I said this is not a show bike, there are a few marks here and there so be prepared for that.

Inspection welcomed and recommended.

Bike sold not registered but would pass rwc easy, all lights, indicators etc in good working order.
